Valdosta City Council · District 4
A leader who knows District 4. Ready to serve.
What We Stand For
District 4 is growing. Tim Rose will make sure that growth works for the people who live here — not just the people building here.
District 4 is one of the fastest-growing parts of Valdosta. Tim will make sure that growth means opportunity for our residents — real jobs, proper development standards, and a community that benefits from its own expansion.
Valdosta has seen significant leadership changes over the past four years. District 4 deserves a representative who shows up, tells the truth, and does the work — a council member who governs with transparency and earns back community trust every single day.
District 4 is unique: the County holds more land inside our district than the City does. That means the City-County relationship directly affects our schools, services, traffic, and taxes. Tim will build that partnership — because District 4 can't afford for those two governments to work against each other.
About Tim
Tim Rose is a member of this community. He lives in District 4, works here, and has watched this district grow — with pride, and with a clear eye on what it needs to keep improving.
District 4 deserves representation that understands the day-to-day reality of the people who live here. Tim brings that perspective to every conversation about development, services, and the direction of Valdosta's future.
His candidacy is about one thing: making sure District 4 has a voice at the table — a voice that works, listens, and delivers.
Community First
Tim Rose isn't a newcomer to Valdosta's civic life. He's been in the room — at the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce, in community conversations, and at the table where the decisions about this city's future get made.
That engagement is exactly what District 4 needs in its City Council representative — someone who already knows the players, understands the issues, and has the relationships to get things done.
